The Higher Education Licensure Commission has launched this payment portal to enable institutions to remit application fees and other payments electronically. Payments may also be made via check, payable to the DC Treasurer and mailed to 1050 First Street, NE, Fifth Floor Washington, DC 20002. All
fees are non-refundable.
To remit payment using a Mastercard, Visa or American Express credit card, type the full name of the institution (no abbreviations) and a monitored email address in the fields below. The transaction confirmation will be sent to this email address.
